Welcome

ICA-AtoM DASA ANRI TCF is a fully web based archival description application that is a customized version of the standard ICA-AtoM tool. This tool is based on International Council on Archives (ICA) standards. AtoM is an acronymn for Access to Memory.

The ICA and its project collaborators are making this application available as open source software to provide archival institutions with a free and easy to use option for putting their archival collections online. See the about page to learn more about the ICA-AtoM project.

See the online documentation to learn more about using the software or press the browse button on the right to view some sample data.

The DASA project has adopted ICA-AtoM as the recording tool for the inventories that are being published online using the DASA website. ICA-AtoM itself will not be used for publication to the web. Instead, the recorded inventories are to exported to a web repository using the DASA extensions that are added to the standard ICA-AtoM installation.
A user manual is created to support the users of the ICA-AtoM DASA ANRI TCF tool. Please request a copy from the DASA project team and consult this manual for installation specifics and for DASA specifics standards on recording archival descriptions.
